Welcome to SRREY Collection. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, catalogues and wholesale services. By browsing this website, requesting a catalogue, placing an enquiry or transacting with us, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our website or services.

SRREY Collection is a business-to-business (B2B) women's garment manufacturer and wholesaler based in Surat, Gujarat. We supply kurtis, sarees, co-ord sets, lehengas, anarkali suits and related apparel in bulk to retailers, resellers, boutiques and exporters.

Our website is a catalogue and enquiry platform. It is not a retail checkout store — all orders are confirmed directly through WhatsApp, phone or email after enquiry.

We make every effort to display our products, fabrics and colours as accurately as possible. However, actual colours, textures, prints and finishes may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting, photography and the natural characteristics of textiles.

Minor variations in measurement, weight, stitching or shade between batches are inherent to bulk garment manufacturing and shall not be treated as defects.

All prices are wholesale rates quoted for bulk purchase and are exclusive of applicable taxes (such as GST), packaging and freight unless stated otherwise. Prices are indicative and subject to change without prior notice based on fabric costs, order quantity, design and market conditions.

A quotation shared via WhatsApp, email or catalogue is valid only for the period specified in that quotation and is confirmed only upon our written acceptance of your order.

Orders are subject to our minimum order quantity (MOQ), stock availability and production capacity. An order is treated as confirmed only after we acknowledge it and any agreed advance payment is received.

We reserve the right to accept, reject or partially fulfil any order at our discretion, including where stock, materials or production slots are unavailable.

Payment terms — including advance amount, balance and mode of payment — will be communicated at the time of order confirmation. Goods may be dispatched only after cleared payment as per the agreed terms.

You are responsible for ensuring that all payment details you provide are correct. All bank charges, transaction fees or currency conversion costs, where applicable, are borne by the buyer.

We dispatch across India and, where agreed, to international destinations through third-party courier and transport partners. Estimated dispatch and delivery timelines are indicative and not guaranteed, as they depend on logistics partners, location and order size.

Risk in the goods passes to the buyer once the consignment is handed over to the transporter. SRREY Collection is not liable for delays, damage or loss caused during transit by third-party carriers, though we will reasonably assist with claims where possible.

As a wholesale supplier, sales are generally final. Claims for manufacturing defects, shortages or wrong dispatch must be raised in writing with photographs within the timeframe communicated at confirmation (and before goods are further sold, altered or washed).

Approved claims will be resolved through replacement, credit or repair at our discretion. We do not accept returns for reasons of change of mind, expected colour/measurement variation, or defects arising after use or resale.

All content on this website — including the SRREY Collection name, logo, product designs, photographs, graphics and text — is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish or use our images, designs or branding for any purpose other than legitimate resale of goods purchased from us, without our prior written consent.

Buyers and resellers agree not to misrepresent our products, use our brand deceptively, or engage in any unlawful, fraudulent or infringing activity. You are responsible for complying with all laws applicable to your own business, including tax, labelling and consumer regulations in your market.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SRREY Collection shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including loss of profit or business, arising from the use of our website, products or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the value of the specific goods giving rise to the claim.

Our website may link to third-party platforms such as WhatsApp, Instagram and Google Maps. We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of these external services, and your use of them is governed by their respective terms.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SRREY Collection, its owners and staff from any claims, damages or expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of our products, website or intellectual property.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Surat, Gujarat.
